T H E i M A G E:
v i v i d flash has lovely amber eyes. they always look
sentimental shallow and pale, but there is a lot going
on behind them in the young mind of vivdflash. the
other features of her face are charming. her muzzle
is quite pointed and punctual in some ways. it is not
short nor is it log, but it is balanced. her eyes are not
planted deep into her face, as her eyesockets appear
shallow. her eyes bulge a bit, and this may look a tad
odd to begin with, but it really isn't that big of a little
difference. it's just something that may strike you as
you first meet her. the cat's ears are set nicely, and
pointedly. they're not very pointed and they are a bit
small. one has a slight rip in it where she was injured
as an apprentice. vividflash's face, overall, is nice ----

v i v i d flash has a very nice stature as well. it is one
of the best parts of your appearance. she is tad small
but you shan't remind her too often. she'll be at your
neck very quickly. the cat sports a lithe and wiry body
shape that you can quickly draw from several things,
from as conclusions. she is rather picky, and doesn't
digest often. she has only two meals a day, rather than
one. but this also may present she is very very good at
slipping into small spaces and out of literal tight spots.
most of her limbs are very skinny, giving her the look
that she is slightly bigger than in reality. her legs seem
longer. the very little bulk on them is mostly muscle,
and that doesn't really amount to very much strength
within her legs. oh well. at least she is attractive ----

v i v i d flash's fur is another sight to behold. it is a
bit on the short side, but some how she managed to
always have it very messy. it isn't out of carelessness
that this happens, but it simply cannot stay how she
wants it too. but the color is very striking, and it is
how she managed to claim her name. her father was
very willing to give her the name of night or black
or maybe even doom for how black she was. it was a
very unusual color because of how dark it seems, yet
how some people had never seen any cat this black
she wasn't a rare species of any sort. people never
treated her different for such a thing, but it made
people think of evening and how it faded away to
such a color like the young cat's fur. fortunately, she
is not all black. she has a white stomach and one
white forepaw. -----------------------------------------------------


P E R S O N A L i T Y:


v e r y unfortunately, vividflash is very often labelled
as bossy and sometimes demanding of other cats. she
is rather meat headed and doesn't care what other
people say about her. she often lets her success go to
her head. this makes her vain and sometimes come
off as unfriendly. vividflash is ridiculously decisive as
well as stubborn. she quickly makes up her mind and
keeps that opinion all the way. vividflash is also rather
nagging. she is impatient and bugs people until she
gets what she wants. she is unhappy and pessimistic
and prepares as well as expects the worst sometimes
the feline is considered a suck up, but she truly respects
the cats who have more power than her. it is truth that
she can sometimes be very very ambitious, but she always
does mean well. her intentions are always kindly , and
she strives for the better opinion of others, but she
more than often fails. if you know her well her good
heart will win over her good temper and sharp tongue.
in fact, she is very eager to please and help those she
admires. she will go to the end of the earth for a friend.
vividflash, despite her unfavorable temperament is quite
knowledgable and wise. this is because she was always
quite observant, now and when she was young. she learns
quickly and was a model apprentice. ----------------------------

M E M O i R S:
v i v i d flash's parents were oakpelt and sootpaw. sootpaw
was drawn to oakpelt as a very young apprentice. oakpelt
was the model apprentice, always doing what he was told
to do. on the other hand, sootpaw was always getting into
trouble. she tried to hunt a fox when she was in the prime
of her apprenticeship, and desperately failed, and was a
bit, or a lot injured. her right leg was crippled. what was
more, the leader delayed her warriorhood by four moons.
but sootpaw was very attracted to oakpelt, and the tom
was so kindly, and though he did not completely love her,
he agreed to be her mate. when people realized the young
cat was pregnant, her apprenticeship was delayed further.
she would not become a warrior until her kits were born.
she had three. unfortunately, one of them was stillborn, but
sootpaw wasn't dwindling on the past. she had two other
healthy kits to deal with ! one was vividflash, the strikingly
black cat. the other was brown like his father, and named
palekit, later to become palepaw and palemoon. ---------

v i v i d flash was very different from her brother or her
parents. she was the smallest in the litter, and in the den
too, but that did not make her the runt. when people called
her the runt, it only made her angry, and hateful too so in
the end, no body ever called her a runt. in fact, she was
anything but a runt. she was agressive, bossy, and critical.
it was hardly a bad thing. every one seemed to respect her!
she had a love hate relationship with most of the other kits.
they were annoyed of her bossy manner, but she was still
very compatible. despite wanting to be in charge, she was
sweet and giving. of all the kits, she was closest to her bro,
palekit. they always cared for each other, and they had
an open shoulder for each other to cry upon when in need.

d u r i n g apprenticeship, vividflash was troublesome. i'm
not saying just so as her mother, but she was a piece of
work. her mentor was a tolerant soul, but as equally bossy
as the youthful vividpaw. originally, she was training to be
a warrior. she spent a lot of time in the medicine cat's den
for either common small scrapes or just to hang out. when
the medicine cat realized that the apprentice was interested
in her work, she started to consider having an apprentice.
she was old, and creaky. she could collapse at any moment.
unfortunately, she found no kit that would suit such an
important position. thus, she was forced to request vividpaw's
assistance. it was all arranged with the dissapointed mentor
and the leader that vividpaw would be the medicine cat
apprentice. vividpaw learned quickly, but the medicine cat
died only three moons after vividpaw had become her's.
she was forced into medicine cat hood (word ?) quickly ---
