T H E i M A G E: Shriketail is a long-furred female SolarClan deputy. Her tough paw pads are accustomed to the rocky SolarClan landscape, as are her long whiskers. Her longhaired pelt is black - and - white, with a long, sweeping tail. The female feline has a pair of bright yellow eyes. Her side has a scar from a border skirmish - it isn't so deep, but it runs from her shoulder to her hindquarters.
P E R S O N A L i T Y: Shriketail is firm, but gentle. Her fiery exterior is a bit playful, even at fourty-eight moons. She is independent, and won't take any crap from toms. At first she is friendly, but if she doesn't like you you'll definitely know. Overall, she is a decent leader (personality-wise, not literally) although she isn't what you would call "a natural-born leader". Shriketail has a soft spot for kits and half-clanners; although her belief in StarClan isn't especially strong and she is quick to judge others. The she-cat enjoys her high position as deputy and is perfectly happy with it (in fact, the thought of taking on the responsibility of a leader is almost scary). She tends to be independent and a bit stubborn.
M E M O i R S: Shriketail was born on a dark, stormy night near SolarClan camp; her heritage isn't necessarily that certain. From the start she was excited at the thought of battling and fighting as a warrior, though later she learned it was more than that. As an apprentice, she didn't really appreciate her mentor (whom at more than one occassion she called "a mousebrained piece of fox-dung"). When she attended her first Gathering she was fascinated by the tales of the other Clan cats; how they described their territories - I mean, all she'd known was SolarClan, so you can't really blame her. Shriketail was simply ecstatic when she became a warrior, and never dreamed she'd one day become the deputy of SolarClan.
