The Ring of Armistice is where the clans meet. This is where they hold their gatherings. The rocky cliffs of NocturnalClan extends to this area where the river begins. There are tons of rocks that mark the beginning of the river. The bank is a shallow pool of clear water with dry patches here and there. The older cats tend to look for a rock or dry ground to listen to the gathering while the apprentices like playing and splashing in the water. The air above these rocks is clear and crisp. Since the elevation is high, it gives a clear view of the stars.
